Smartcomm has an "A" rating with the Better Business
Bureau
What is the Better Business Bureau (BBB)?
Back in the early 1900s, the first BBBs were called "Vigilance
Committees" or Advertising Clubs. Their purpose was to correct
advertising abuses, to ensure that consumers weren't presented with
misinformation. In response to the demands of the marketplace, BBBs
grew to monitor business performance in an effort to provide
consumers with important information that could save them from
making an unsound buying decision. Today, BBBs work to hold
businesses accountable to the highest standards of truth in their
marketing and selling.
The BBB was created as a means to establish honest and ethical
businesses for consumers, where buyers and sellers can trust each
other. Its mission is to be the leader in advancing marketplace
trust.
In order to accomplish its mission, the Better Business
Bureau is:
- Creating a community of trustworthy businesses
- Setting standards for marketplace trust
- Encouraging and supporting best practices
- Celebrating marketplace role models, and;
- Denouncing substandard marketplace behavior
Not every business is eligible to become a member of the BBB.
Only those businesses that meet the BBB's high standards are
invited to join, and are reviewed and accepted by local Boards of
Directors.
All BBB accredited businesses have agreed to live up to the
BBB's Standards for Trust, which are a comprehensive set of
policies, procedures and best practices focused on how businesses
should treat the public - fairly and honestly in all
circumstances.
Smartcomm, LLC is proud to be a member of the BBB, and
